1. like I have said I have stayed here before many times and even when I was much younger my family used to come here and we have never had a bad visit.

Some of my colleagues had minor issues (like with a faulty fridge, one had a problem with a TV, and one was in a high noise area-but hotel was happy to switch rooms for them), but with the guest volume and size of this hotel property, I would consider these regular issues that occur within normal use.

5. We inquired about a trip at the hotels tourist desk we wish we hadn't bothered the lady who served us was very rude and spoke to us like we were stupid.

6. I would recomend a room away from the I4 like we did cos i could imagine it to be a bit noisy we faced international drive on the fourth floor and it was very good.

You dont have to drive anywhere if you dont want to as there is a ton of places across the street(Millers ale house esp) and a Italina place that was knock your socks off good with dynamite atmosphere, Maggianos or something like that and gift shops that are cheaper then the one in the hotel where you can get lots of cool stuff cheap.

8. brilliant hotel, we actually asked for a ground floor room opposite a pool and it was great, after a busy day out, we slept like logs,and wasn't bothered by any noise, the beds being very comfy.

10. If you do have a car then its not far at all from the main attractions like wet n wild and other major theme parks etc.
