1. can they at least put fresh pineapple instead if that elementary fruit cocktail please :) otherwise apples and bananas were readily available.

4. Breakfast is served in the reception area and consists of bagels, English muffins (word to the wise Hyatt, please just call them muffins because they certainly aren't english) fresh fruit, biscuits and gravy (for us english guests, scones and a flour based chopped sausage sauce) and cereals.
