1. We heard kids running laps around the room above us all frigin night (the desk took care of it but only after I called them at midnight).

2. They were nice about offering a different room but we decided not to move since we were always short on time we just didn't care to and just asked for a plunger to be kept in our room.

9. The staff at Hyatt Place Universal was helpful and pleasant (don't know what was going on with housekeeping and the washclothes) and anytime I had a question or complaint (billed too much for in room movie) they took care of it.
