The room was good, the couch pull out bed was very useful, the beds were soft everything was good, except for the toilet, even the small bathroom didn't bother me, the toilet would not flush right, it would get clogged up with just toilet paper, we called the front desk and someone came to 'fix it' and after they left i tested it by simply flushing it and it worked, then i blew my nose and flushed the toilet paper down and it got clogged again.

The only other complaint was the beds, since we checked in so late we ended up with a standard 2 double bed room, but the pillowtop mattresses were so uncomfortable that my husband ended up having to sleep in one bed and me in the other--not that big of a deal, except it was our honeymoon and it would've been nice to share a bed.

10. We used the hotel taxi service (Gold Transportation) to get around (except to go to Universal as the hotel provided free shuttle service to this park which was only 5 minutes away).
