Other minor inconveniences: the elevator took forever to work, the inputs on the tv where you can hook up your laptop wouldn't work (not a huge deal since we were there for only 1 night and had spent the majority of the day enjoying Universal), they had the other eatting area closed off so it was every man for himself when trying to find a place to sit, and apparently the lady before my husband took all of the toast (some 4 or 5 pieces) right when he was going to grab a slice (not the hotel's fault, just a rude lady).
