3. As long as it is clean, I am happy though and I found no issues with the bed linens although one of the bath towels had a dark stain which I didn't notice until after I used it (gross).

4. Our room which was the one I requested, end unit high floor was located next to the stairwell (and noisy ice machine) and I am really happy it was because like others on here posted,the elevators are awful they were not replaced or updated when Hyatt bought this building.
