8. All staff welcomed us with open arms, my 4 yr old daughter loved it as all staff made her feel like a princess, the bar stayed open till 10ish but additional drinks could be brought from the in hotel shop.

9. all staff are very welcoming+helpful, whether on front desk, serving breakfast, at the bar, a domestic, even the guys laying the new carpets.

10. Hawthorne Suites also provided daily maid service and when we returned from Universal, we opened the door small light left on to welcome us back to our room.
