4. the pool area is clean and eye pleasing with free towels and a spa bath and you could help yourself to a free coffee from the bar area breakfast wasent cordon bleu but on a par with what you would pay for in Pondersa restaurantand the free drinks and snacks between 5.

5. My suggestions are to replace mattresses and pillows and the sofa beds, and install flat panel tv's, and please have some dish soap and a sponge to wash dishes, as I felt it was a waste that housekeeping was running our few dishes in the dishwasher each day.

9. We opted, therefore, to book Hawthorn Suites near Universal Studios as an alternative because we were very pleased with the Hawthorn Suites brand five months earlier and it seemed close enough to Disney (our main reason for visiting Orlando so often).

10. Rooms were huge, clean, and the odd occation we did make a mess we left the 'please clean room' sign up and sure enough they made it perfect again.
