2. That price, combined with the size of the room, the cleanliness of the whole property, the friendly and helpful nature of the really lovely staff, and the free breakfast and daily happy hour make this Hawthorn Suites a very good selection in Orlando.

3. However our room was not to the standard we had expected the furniture was in need of renewing and there was a cleanliness issue, which to be fair to the staff was partly resolved once we pointed it out and then when pointed out for a second time it was totaly cleaned.

7. Other than that the rooms were average cleanliness- there were small spots of mold in the bathroom that was sort of gross but nothing major.

9. We were really impressed with the size of the suite, its cleanliness, the features from a fully functional kitchen, separate room for toilet/shower from sink area, access to the bathroom from two rooms and two closets.
