1. They did send me another free pouch on our second morning when I called.

4. Cons:1) free shuttles departing the hotel are limited in that they leave just a few times/day and pick up at Universal and Sea World was too early - about 45 mins to an hour before park closure which is a bummer because who wants to leave the park early when you've paid so much to get in to begin with? 2) Only 1 elevator which was busy/slow - not a biggie really.

7. The free breakfast was a big plus a great range of cereals, breads, bagles, muffins the list goes on, also bacon, sausage, eggs etc something for everyone.

8. 30 pm happy hour the bar offers 2 free drinks of either wine /beer or soft drinks with the added bonus of Wednesday nights being a burger and hotdog freebie night too - very popular.

9. the pool area is clean and eye pleasing with free towels and a spa bath and you could help yourself to a free coffee from the bar area breakfast wasent cordon bleu but on a par with what you would pay for in Pondersa restaurantand the free drinks and snacks between 5.

10. I would also like to say thank you to Marian (ask her almost anything & she will find out for you) on front desk and Robin the food and beverage supervisor for helping make our holiday stress free.
