1. 3) Sofas and chairs in the rooms and lobby are pretty worn and need replacement but as mentioned the hide a bed was still comfy despite the worn upholstery.

2. We had 2 suites on the 2nd floor each with 2 queen beds (very comfy), bathroom, sink, well equipped kitchen, dining & living area with a double sofa bed.

3. we went there 17 th november to 1 st december 2011 was ok few things could do with updating like plug sockets alot of these was hanging from wall bed setee in room not comfy at al but staff seemed polite part from ones serving free breakfast not very chatty breakfast was ok same things everyday though was good location though to get to most things room was ok quite big and was quite clean lift took forever overall seemed ok and would stay there again in the future.

9. comfy pillows, thin (ish) duvets but perfectly comfortable - again, a big tv in the room, plus mirror \ vanity unit - all in all, very comfortable.
