1. the friendly warm welcome is lovely after a 10hour flightso here is a list of what it has- 3 swimming pools 2 together- 5 hottubs which are a not to hot not to cold- food shop which sells pizza as well- 1,2,3 bedrooms suites (1bedroom very big)- security very high - next to sea world 5 min walk to gate- no building is the wrong building (just what you prefer)- lots of garden around the carpark makes if feel like a villageif you are thinking of staying at a hgvc in the orlando area i would go with this one.

5. Lovely details like free copy of US Today, welcome message, daily message re activity programme, pleasant, efficient staff, a great wee on-site shop and lovely pool-side restaurant add up to a top class accommodation and a place you're made to feel welcome.

Actually the only positive experience at the Hilton was the moment between getting out of the car and being greeted by the only friendly staff member we ever met, and getting to the check-in desk (which was manned by a very unfriendly lady): the smiling greeter welcomed us to the Hilton, and told us to go to the ticket desk after checking in, we would receive a welcoming gift from Hilton.
