1. We stayed in Sandy's House (room 5409) and the room was exceptionally clean and looked freshly painted/updated.

7. 1, security is very good 2, eveything is top notch clean3, the service is very good, always go out of there way to help4, 4 hot tubs 2 swimming pool and no over crowding5, washing machine and dryer in all suites (very very useful)6,pizza hut on site always very fresh7, you can get away from all the noise of the parks8, loads of trees around the resort make it very peaceful surroundings9,if you have a problem it will be fixed10,pool is cleaned every morningif you have questions just email me.

9. Had to call housekeeping to get fresh toiletries (which they delivered promptly) but kind of annoyed that we even had to ask.

When the maid finally did show up I told her we only needed her to place fresh towels and TP in the bathroom and coffee for the kitchenette, we got the towels and coffee, but discovered at 10PM no TP, so I had to call down to front desk for it to be brought up (they brought up enough for a family of 10).
