5. Additionally, there was a deck that went out over the lake (you could not go in the lake for a reason you will see in a minute), and one of my daughter's favorite things to do was to walk to the end of the dock to see the alligator.

6. the pool complex is stunning (2 pools, one w/fountain, one w/waterfall) plus 4-5 hot tubs and a kiddy pool but not having reasonable rules of behavior or the staff to enforce any rules is a huge detraction.

8. Poolside beverage service was available as well as a lovely cafe on site serving tasty food for lunch, dinner or drinks at reasonable prices with good service.
