1. wow as usual this hotel is the best hgvc in orlando you won't beat this.

2. I had made 3 enquires as to wether it had been found and the last time the woman I spoke to was quite rude , Shauna on the desk was lovely and tried her best for us and the rest of the staff had been good , shame that one had to spoil it .

9. Also there is entertainment at the poolside the best was the guy who sang and made up songs about the children based on where they were from etc I was so upset he wasnt there again as I wanted him to make up a song about me.
