1. Keep in mind that this is a vacation-club type property, so some of it may seem a bit impersonal or industrial in nature, but overall it was pleasant.

2. Lovely details like free copy of US Today, Welcome message, daily message re activity programme, pleasant, efficient staff, a great wee on-site shop and lovely pool-side restaurant add up to a top class accommodation and a place you're made to feel welcome.

My only complaints about our unit was the toilet was really noisy every time we flushed it, the balcony we had was right next to the air conditioners for all the units in our building, so when we sat on the balcony the noise was not so pleasant & lastly when we were in the living room area, we could hear the people in the unit next to us through the lock off door.
