1. Request a newly refurbished unit overlooking the pool so you don't get stuck with view of International drive.

8. I visited the newer section of the resort, and while it is obvious that everything is brand spanking new, I found them congested together too much, and the pool was small for the number of buildings around it.

9. We had problems with the appliances, but they sent someone right away to make the repair and in one case actually switched the appliance with a new one within an hour.
