1. You dont need to visit reception until you check out, all fittings are still in fairly decent working order, very civil (vast majority of staff are friendly) maintenance guy was out in 30 minutes following our phone call about dish-washer not working, cleaners were pretty good (towel change mid-week, and full clean on Saturday), nice view over pool, and sun on balcony every evening.

2. The pools are great for kids and aren't too noisy and if you get a decent room they're nicely appointed with a good kitchenette, a couple of TVs and also a CD player/iPod dock which is a good touch.

7. Physically it has lovely grounds, decent buildings, good beds, well equipped kitchen, lovely pools but kids noisily played in the 'quiet pool' with no supervision or staff help to correct.
