1. CHECK IN: Brittany was awesome she got us out of the mold smelling rooms in Building 9 that we were originally assigned, and then upgraded us to newer rooms (bldg 27) closer to the kids pool .

I will give this timeshare resort a 4 out of 5 because the rooms were very high-end clean upgraded rooms, very nice pools & their guest service team is awesome (this is not the front desk ppl that you see when u check in, these ppl are the ones that you deal with the entire stay who answer your calls & they were on point and better than most other resorts.
