6. the promise of free money ($60), breakfast and lunch is not worth it and quite frankly they don't care about your experience they want a sale (in our case more weeks), which I understand - they're commission driven but at least be courteous and interested about it.

9. We had several issues and even though some could be taken care of, who wants to deal with that when on a short vacation? We had to call housekeeping for dish towels; there were no hangers in one closet; the microwave was cracked; the frying pan had a loose handle and didn't sit on the stove because it was out of shape; the dishes were scratched; the internet worked sporadically and took a phone call to their IT dept.
