2. We would guess that management already knew about the problems; they should do a better job cleaning, maintaining and updating the rooms; and, when a guest has a problem, they should move them to a better room, not the same type of room where they are likely to experience the same problems.

3. like with any city, you can't wander anywhere without being somewhat streetwise, but we never felt uncomfortable.

5. The valet parking fee is pretty stiff at $30 per day but it's like that even at the convention center hotels anyway.

8. The business office worked with me to find a great meeting room, the front desk was very helpful on several fronts - from helping me find places to eat, to switching my room quickly (the first one smelled like smoke), to bringing supplies up to our meeting room, they were fantastic.
