4. The clock was the correct time, and when the time changed from daylight savings to standard during my stay, they not only put a reminder card on the bed, but they changed the time for me.

Our first problem was upon arrival when we were told we could not park our carinstead we were given poor directions to a public garage about 5 miles awayWe had requested a roll away bed but upon check in were told they had not placed one but said they wouldWhen we arrived at room keys would not workwe had to wait 20 min and 2 phone calls before correct keys were given to usI could go on about more specifics but bottom line is that we never received rollaway after speak to front desk numerous timesthe air conditioning system would not workroom walls were paper thin and we could get no sleepwill never return here.

9. The other reviews were correct in that there was a sketchy corner we had to pass on the way to the French Quarter, the walls were thin and the key cards didn't work consistently.
