5. The staff was friendly and I even dealt with the service guys (my ac wasn't cooling) they were curteous and fixed the problem.

9. I am not sure how the other rooms felt, but even the lobby was not cool.

10. Maintenance was sent to the room and the gentleman replaced the air filter, checked the thermostat and told us the room should cool off within an hour.
