3. The halls are freshly done with very attractive tile but it makes for a NOISY place especially since all the big heavy doors there SLAM LOUDLY.

4. We called the front desk and they were responsive enough to send a cleaning lady over with fresh towels, but didn't tell the lady that we needed our room cleaned so she wasn't in a very good mood when we told her that we needed more than towels.
