2. The position of the hotel was ideal just on Royal street & one block over from Bourdon street so you can't get much better than that.

3. Now the less than positive: They do charge (I think $26/day) a pretty decent fee for parking in their garage, so make sure to factor that in when you compare pricing.

7. We weren't really going for a fancy room though-we just needed a safe, quiet place to sleep and get ready and the rest of the time we knew we'd be super busy so why waste the money? The positives: they are in a great location for walking around the French Quarter and to Harrah's Casino.

Now objectively, here is what I would say:positives:--Great location--Really decent rooms-- nothing special but definitely not gross--Good restaurant--Friendly staff--Parking on site--HOT HOT HOT water --Pool on site--In-room air conditioning worked REALLY wellNegatives:--We had a room on the 20th floor.
