2. The staff is also very kind but does this help when you're simply checking in? The internet access is very poor: Streaming a youtube video or even an online radio program is impossible as the internet connection breaks up continuously.

5. On top of the poor hotel, their system double booked me, and the hotel management literally did nothing to try and help me after explaining there was no way I booked two rooms just for myself, and showing proof of my confirm which showed only one room booked.

7. My Husband and i visited the French Quarter in the New Orleans and stayed at the Holiday Inn on Royal Street, it is a very nice and clean hotel and the staff are very friendly and helpful.
