1. our first ride up was exciting when the elevator stopped in between the 3rd and 4th floor and opened its doors for NO REASON.

3. The mini bar/refrigerator in my room had been removed for some reason and the front desk clerk seemed shocked when I reported no refrigerator was in the room as requested for medication storage.

4. I think this is some what good for security reasons but guest convenience not so good especially if others are stopping by the hotel to visit you.

5. The reason we rated cleanliness so low is because I had gotten chocolate on the bed sheet and when I turned them down the next night it was still there.
