1. The only reason why I didn't rate this hotel Very Good or Excellent is because I'm a little biased because after this trip my husband stayed here again a month later and he had the worse experience he's ever had in a hotel.

3. For some reason, housekeeping did not clean our room until 5 pm every day, so no afternoon rests or naps at this hotel.

7. There is either a food court in the mall or expensive restaurants which makes it a bit disappointing if you are trying to eat for a reasonable price.

8. The only drawbacks to the hotel were location--it isn't near any of the 'sightseeing' parts of New Orleans--it is in the business district, so it wouldn't make a good hotel if you are planning a touristy visit, and there are not any reasonable restaurants in the area.
