1. All of the staff did a great job but, Rick, from the front area, did a particularly good job to make sure our stay was pleasant.

2. A short walk to the river front street car to take you to French Quarter or just put your walking shoes on and enjoy the sites, great food and everything that makes New Orleans a great destination.

9. It was unfortunate that the hotel made us all queasy by the end of the trip -- the hallways had a weird stench and the cleaning people neglected to come to our room 2 of the 4 days we were there-- because besides that, the trip was great and the location was good.
