The service was exceptional, from Elgin recommending an excellent restuarant for me to entertain my clients, to Michael's above an beyond attention, as a co-worker fractured her ankle and did not go the the hospital right away, but earlier that morning decided to go; I received a call to notify me that she was going to the hospital, I asked what prompted him to call me, he said I knew you would want to know, becasue he witnessed and assisted me in getting an ace bandage for him the evening before.
