1. All of the staff did a great job but, Rick, from the front area, did a particularly good job to make sure our stay was pleasant.

8. It was unfortunate that the hotel made us all queasy by the end of the trip -- the hallways had a weird stench and the cleaning people neglected to come to our room 2 of the 4 days we were there-- because besides that, the trip was great and the location was good.
