1. We visited the Hilton Riverside, Loews and Roosevelt for meetings and they all seemed in better shape.

4. This was my first time in NO; next time I go, i will get a spot closer to french quarter, as that is really the only place of interest to be, and there has to be better-kept hotels than this.

7. Maybe I am just used to staying at a better class of property, this one is old, the couch was uncomfortable, the HVAC system is vey dated, although it did push out a great deal of cold air - you just couldn't control it very well, it was basically on/off.
