2. But the staff is friendly enough, the location is quiet and convenient to everything, the rooms are clean (even if they are a bit threadbare and beaten up) and reasonably spacious, and when you're in a hurry the included breakfast (bagels and donuts and coffee) is a nice touch.

7. Our room, while not luxurious, was clean, quiet, spacious and comfortable and our bathroom was recently redone.

8. Only problem was the room located in the building outside the lobby was old, but decent and the spacious room was either too hot (no A/C) or too cold (A/C on), carpets seem dirty, bathroom had no hooks or counter space to put anything on.
