1. For the money it was terrible makes you wonder what they do with the money that make off people they sure don't use it to put back into the business to make the rooms better or to buy furniture just be aware it's nothing like the pictures on the Internet I would never ever stay here again if it was even the last place available I would just wait and come again when I could find a room somewhere else I was even afraid to go to sleep afraid of what could be crawling around on me while sleeping can't wait until I get home and take the hottest shower I can so I feel clean again.

2. I really liked this location as it was away from the constant noise of Bourbon Street, yet very close to that and everything else in the quarter.

3. It is a short walk to Frenchman street (for REAL NOLA music steer clear of Bourban), the french market, Cafe Du Monde, Armstrong Park, Jackson Square (street Artists) and even some hidden gems like out of the way Voo Doo churches I'll let you find on your own.

4. We only had one shutter for our door so it was a little brighter than I would like, but no real biggie.

5. They have big surprises at this hotel in that some rooms are tiny, tiny, like a doll house, and they don't tell you anything about the tiny rooms until you have checked in.

6. Our appeal was based upon my wife's health condition and our experience traveling over the years when hotels have waived fees in cases like this.
