1. Nothing luxurious about this place, but the location makes up for it if you're not going to be in your room much, or otherwise don't care about frills.

10. These problems could be fixed with just a bit of money spend on either a new cleaning staff (replaced with someone who cares maybe) or spend a few thousand bucks on getting the carpets shampooed more regularly.
