1. Also, I was very happy that they conveniently have computers in the lobby which you can use to check-in with your airline and print your boarding pass (avoiding the small fee you now have to pay if you do this at the airport).

9. However, I have stayed in many hotels in New Orleans and overall, due to hotel condition, staff attentiveness, cleanliness, amenities, location, and group rate that I received, I was VERY happy here and will certainly stay here again.

10. There was a Starbucks in the lobby, a gift shop that also sold water and snacks, although we found the water was cheaper from the vending machine on our floor; the bar in the lobby had happy hour from 5pm to 8pm from which they had 5 appetizers and 5 different drinks for $5.
