1. CHECK-IN: We checked in late (we had notified them the day before that we would not be there until after 11 pm) and were told that even though we reserved a King room we would be getting the smallest King room left which was part of a suite (except we were getting the smaller part).

2. The hotel was sold out for the weekend and was hosting several conferences but it never felt like it (except the elevators, see below), it's a very large hotel.

4. The location is perfect for NOM and super close to all the activities, lobby was beautiful, rooms were nice except for 1 thing.

5. In any case, who goes to NO to sat in the room? Room was quiet and except for sporadic hall noise, for example doors slamming as people went into rooms for example, we had no concerns.

7. The parking was incredibly expensive, the in-room Wi-Fi was expensive, there was no mini-bar except for two bottles of water, no in-room safe, no amenities in the bathroom except for the basics.
