1. The other entrance where the parking area was seemed better attended and larger but as we did not have a car we did not generally use that area.

3. I spoke to the AV staff, couldn't help me, spoke to a banquet captain who promised to assist me with the high price - never heard back from him - called the general manager - in three days never heard back from him and I identified myself as a guest.
