1. As first time visitors to Nashville from the UK, we loved the city and its atmospere, but our visit was marred by this experience and the extremely diappointing response from the Hotel Preston staff.

2. Then phoned the General Manager, who was very defensive and extremely unhelpful, though I made it clear I did not hold the hotel responsible for our loss, but simply wanted to find out if the money had been found.

7. This was supposed to be a celebratory weekend and it completely ruined our weekend because of the poor service and response from this hotel and the staff.

8. The restaurant food was well received (especially the hot wings, their specialty, which were awesome) as wass our buffet lunch, and the banquet staff was extremely responsive.
