First the good stuff: classy room, great bed, free shuttle to/from the airport, nice pool, reasonable price, AVEDA bath products, awesome helpful shuttle drivers (especially 'Nolan'), free shuttle to Opryland Mall, efficient room cleaning, didn't hear any airport noise at all, able to print off airline boarding pass in computer center.
