2. We have stayed here more than once because the customer service is exceptional, the rooms are comfy and inexpensive and it's a really cool hotel.

3. We were on the 4th floor and I didn't hear any noise with the exception of someone slamming their door once or twice.

4. While the hotel is convenient to the airport, the freeways, and the city, with the exception of a convenience store/gas station across the street, there are very few restaurant choices within walking distance.
