6. I have stayed at the Preston through the years for a total of 35 plus nights and I always come back for the comfortable beds and the excellent customer service.

7. It's a bit funky - it's trying to be a boutique hotel in the cultural wasteland that is Nashville, so the local rednecks complain about the excellent Aveda toiletries and organic coffee for the coffee machine (a touch slightly spoiled by offering Coffeemate instead of milk).

9. The staff did an excellent job of helping us set up for a banquet and entertainment during the event, and the bellmen and wait staff were very courteous and professional - always ready to help.

10. I expected an 'okay' experience but was extremely impressed with the care and attention of the staff, the excellent accommodations, the good food - and to top it all off live entertainment in their lounge that was a joy to experience.
