1. Just wanted to take a moment to say what a wonderful stay we had at The Holiday Inn express Downtown Nashville.

2. Another thing - they were obviously changing mattresses on a load of the beds when we were there which is of course good - but for the last 2 days the car park was full of dirty mattresses - I wonder how long it took them to move them all? No extractor fan in the shower was pretty poor too.

3. We had a wonderful experience here, I will start by putting the ONLY negative at the top and that is it's a little far from the main downtown 'to do' things, keep in mind we went in winter when it was a little cold out and I am a baby in the cold so it was a far walk for me, and ended up trying to get cabs everywhere.

5. Best service I have ever received, Great price, They let us check in early and have a warm breakfast ( they have a wonderful breakfast daily ) They provided transportation FREE.

6. It is in a great location, just 5-7 minutes' walk from the honkytonks, restuarants, attractions and shops in one direction and 10 minutes' walk from The Gulch and the wonderful Station Inn in the other.

7. Having been to Nashville MANY times pre flood, it is a wonderful thing to see how this city has come together and is welcoming people with open arms and true southern hospitality.
