1. The 'convenience' store downstairs is anything but, unless aloe prices skyrocketed that weekend during a worldwide shortage.

2. As others have covered, ad nauseum, the underground parking lot is a bit cramped (but convenient with elevator access), so if you have a larger car just park outside.
