1. When we finally got to the lobby (because it's a little bit tricky) it was full of people checking in, but everything ran just perfect thanks to the professionalism and friendly attitude of the front desk agents.

2. Close to the restaurant there are a number of places to eat which are perfectly decent if you need a breakfast etc but otherwise why are you staying in Downtime - you're in Miami - get to South Beach with you.
