Although, on checkout I expressed my concerns over over a lack of care taken by the housekeeper and the duty manager Alberto took fantastic care of us, expressed his deepest apologies and personally went to housekeeping there and then to rectify any future tickets being swept into the bin carelessly.

8. I would not have appreciated that neither but you have exec lounge access so instead of waiting 30 min (which is strange as you were in hurry) you could passed through the exec lounge and the fantastic attendant which was there would have done that for you.

9. I imagine you thought you would had a suite and understand your disappointment in that but if you had a room with a fantastic view of miami or even one of the nicer corner rooms that might be qualified for the front desk as a fantastic room.

10. You need to realize that for some people who make quite less income have different expectations of a fantastic room than you have.
