1. I had a city view room with a decent view of some of the city and a partial view of the Miami Harbor.

3. Close to the restaurant there are a number of places to eat which are perfectly decent if you need a breakfast etc but otherwise why are you staying in Downtime - you're in Miami - get to South Beach with you.
