1. Given that it had been over an hour since I arrived at the check-in desk, I accepted this arrangement as Kenneth told me that he would also reimburse the Hilton HHonors points that I had used for the stay.

8. For the price charged, it offers a very honest service and acceptable quality and it can be a good choice if you are planning to stay for 1 or 2 days (as in my case).
