1. It is an impressive hotel at first look, and has good facilities for a conference (the reason for my recent stay).

2. I think the reason I have to give this hotel an average rating is they charged for parking (which is normal in Downtown Miami) but they also charged $16 dollars for using the gym.

7. Third reason is that the pool, although generously heated, sits in the shadow of other high-rises most of the day.

8. Furthermore, I nearly missed my flight after a 20-30 minute disaster in the valet line, when for some unexplicable reason, the valet manager decided to block the entire road to let a few people unload entire carloads of bicycles, essentially holding up about 20 cars trying to leave.

10. I booked this hotel for a business trip and I am globally not satisfied with the service for the following reasons:- It's more or less a rip-off: everything (and I MEAN it) is chargeable - Fitness? Pay.
