1. Location is terrific, off of the Biscayne Bay and the waterfront park; and convenient to so much of downtown Miami.

3. The location itself isn't great if you want to walk anywhere (it's near water and near a nice park area, but we didn't find many stores or restaurants nearby), but a cab ride to South Beach is relatively inexpensive and convenient.
